F1 In Schools
In F1 in Schools, teams of students aged 9 to 19 deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyze, manufacture, test, and then race miniature compressed air powered cars made from the F1 model block. Teams must also raise sponsorship and manage budgets to fund research, travel and accommodation.

The Car
Team Inferno's vehicle for the National Finals is a highly advanced design that was produced with the aid of cutting-edge technologies. Our car is a result of many hours of research and virtual wind tunnel testing. We started by developing a good understanding of the forces exerted by the air on the car, and tested several designs. All of this gives us the ability to develop and push the boundaries with our car, giving us performance that is unparalleled.Arriving at the final model took a good amount of time and effort. In the end, we arrived at a design that we believe minimizes drag as much as possible. Comparing the first and the last design, we can see a major difference in almost all the parts. All these changes helped in reducing drag and reducing pressure in areas where it was necessary. After this, we decided the dimensions of the car and finally the shape
